8And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. (NIV)
Reflecting on the humble King born in a manger!
Jesus humbled himself when He came to us as a baby, showing us a lot about humility. This Christmas season, let us seek God and ask Him to show us more about this humility.
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.
