Advent Scripture reading Day 9. December 7th
34“How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”
35The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will b called the Son of God.(NIV)
Reflecting on the humble King born in a manger!
Jesus humbled himself when He came to us as a baby, showing us a lot about humility. This Christmas season, let us seek God and ask Him to show us more about this humility.
For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted
