Ascent 2025: Recap of this year`s reflection.

As Advent comes to a close, I’m reflecting with gratitude on Ascent 2025: Candles of Resilient Light.

Week 1: Hope reminded us that even in “just enough” seasons, God is faithful, renewing mercy day by day. 

Week 2: Peace anchored us through storms and long valleys, teaching us that peace doesn’t remove trials. It sustains us through them. 

Week 3: Joy showed us that crushing is not the end; God brings oil, humility, and strength through pressure. 

Week 4: Love carried it all, holding us, rooting our resilience, and empowering us to keep climbing.

Together, these weeks revealed a truth I will carry into 2025:We don’t climb by force, but by faith. We rise not because life is easy, but because God is present.

May the light we carried through Advent continue to guide us forward into new stories, new strength, and deeper trust in Him.
