Genesis 1:1-3
New International Version
The Beginning
1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
You might be asking yourself since yesterday, but what exactly is storytelling? Or what is my story? What do I have to share?
Storytelling is simply a descriptive way to convey ideas, beliefs, and life experiences in a way that touches the audience emotionally. This is a technique that many people are using in business nowadays to capture the clients`attention and give them `the`reason why they need to do business with them. That human connection brings a level of comfort and trust that makes the client take action, move forward, and make a decision.
If you want to learn more about storytelling in business, be curious and click here. I am not promoting anything here but just sharing some tools to help you understand the whole concept, and I will be happy to discuss further if you wish to. Just send me a note!
Let`s get back to the stories in the Bible. Did anything stand out to you as you read yesterday's passage? How are those lines resonating in a new way for you when you read them?
What resonates for me is the small details in creation that God brought together to give us what we see today. I can see the step-by-step process, the time and care God took to paint the earth with all sorts of colours, forms, substances and creatures. I see God the Artist. I can see and feel God`s creativity, and I am blessed because I bear His image.
Bearing God`s image, we, as His beloved children have the ability to paint and build with our words. and I encourage and challenge you to be a channel through which the Love of God will flow to others in the way to speak.
This thought brings me to share the passage below for today`s reading and meditation.

Today`s reading:
Luke 5 & 6.
