New Year New Beginnings! Day four

1You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. 2You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. 3You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. 4Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely. Psalms 139:1-4 NIV

My life is a canvas and God is the artist.

The Psalm 139 is one of my favorites. I love how much God knows everything about me. It amazes me how He created me and knit me in my mother's womb. 'For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.' Psalms 139:13 NIV

God cares for every detail of our lives and our future is not a secret for Him. As we continue in our journey seeking God's will for this year, let us be reminded again that God is the only one that knows what tomorrow will bring. 'Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.' Psalms 139:16 NIV

As we end our four day journey seeking God's will for this year, I would like to encourage you to give God the blank canvas of your lives and the freedom to add the colors of His choice. He has the power to transform that white canvas into a piece of art.

Our Father in Heaven has already planned each one of our days in 2021, and even if things might still be a bit blurry for us right now, remember that God sees the bigger picture.

I will end here with that beautiful song from Pat Barrett.
